gut-wrenching / unrelenting in both pacing and creativity / does so much with so little through unconventional techniques and leans on them to convey narrative and themes / just so so so good i am floored

simultaneously better and worse than the original text / makes slight alterations that make for better pacing and more fleshed out characters in places yet doesnt really take time to consider how these alterations affect the outcome of the story / similarly makes creative decisions in its presentation that make it much duller than the original / ends up feeling really inconsistent as a result /

i feel like no assortment of words i type into this insignificant box could ever do the astounding beauty there is to be found within this film justice
feel incredibly lucky to have been able to experience it

Gorgeously detailed portrait of close relationships and the identities born out of them; exploring their depth through powerful contrasting dialogue.

Let's the viewer in to the gift of introspection, walking them through the events and conflicts that define the development of each character.

Though undoubtedly demanding and needlessly contrived in places, a work that rewards close attention over all else
