The Hunger Games is child's play compared to this.
A legendary talent. I still can’t believe it’s been 12 years since we lost him.
Being a child of the 70s my Michael will always be that little boy with the powerhouse voice singing with his brothers as The Jackson 5. So that segment always makes me nostalgic and happy. But Off The Wall, Thriller, Bad… great stuff. I remember being glued to MTV when his videos premiered… they were EVENTS!
Miss you, MJ.
This was rather solid, actually! It was gripping and kept me wanting to see what the hell happened down there in that bunker. As it was put together kind of piecemeal, and went from before, to during, to after the events mixed up.
Thora Birch pulled a grand seven figures thanks to her having been in the multi Oscar winning American Beauty two years prior. Fucking Liz.
Damn I miss Robin Williams. He turned out to be such an all around actor that he could pretty much play anything.
In this he plays Sy, a lonely and unstable one hour photo tech at a big box store. I would venture to say this is among his greatest performances, at top tier with Dead Poet's Society and Insomnia. But again, anything he was in seemed to be elevated in some way.
Thank you for your gift, Robin, we continue to appreciate you.
