People say it's Gosling but I think Colin Farrell is the ultimate "just like me fr" actor.
Individually this contains maybe my 5 favorite scenes of last year (counting this as a 2021 release), but it's so dense with ideas it's hard for any of them to stick with you for long, I should watch this several times to understand it fully.
In the scene where Jake and Yang drink tea I realized there's a hundred hours worth of ideas and themes this 96 minute movie touches on, but obviously doesn't have the time to explore. I would pay to see 50 sequels that do.
