My first time watching the movie that put Steven Spielberg on the map and yeah, it's undoubtedly a really well crafted movie.
The first 2 halves are incredibly suspenseful thanks also to some really simple but effective jump scares. However, I thought that the last part of the movie, where Brody, Quint, and Hopper go hunting the shark, was incredibly slow. It only picks up steam again in the last 10 minutes during the final clash with the shark.
P.S. Brody had a really nerdy, everyday-man look but in a very runway model way. He got me thinking 👀
