I watch a lot of movies.
Not nearly as bad as the amount of flack it's getting, but extremely long-winded for a comedy. Given the extensive amount of different character segments, it certainly would have benefitted more as a limited television series where each episode is a specific character's perspective. I laughed a lot and I also twiddled my thumbs for other scenes.
I have so much damn love for this movie. The soundtrack is perfect and Tom Atkins is one of my faves because of this plus Night of the Creeps. To top it all off, those masks are just as iconic to me as the one for Michael Myers. Shove that in your pipe and smoke it!

Almost everyone I follow has this rated a four or higher. Is this the moment I realize slashers aren't my thing? I honestly think that might be the case, since I find Slugs infinitely better.
When all is said and done, Pieces doesn't disappoint. The chainsaw murders were wildly hilarious and a lot of scenes were head-scratchers (in a good way) that left me with more questions than answers. Did dance classes like that really happen? Why did the cops leave him alone? Was the ending meant to scare or cause uncontrollable laughter?
