Escape from L.A. is the sequel to the much loved Escape from New York with the return of Kurt Russell playing Snake Plissken. Another wacky, but awesome concept for the setup of the film, an engaging story and an excellent tone to the film. The digital effects are terrible, and they’re fairly distracting at times, but I can live with it. Silly action scenes, but so entertaining, and the set designs are quite brilliant. A random set of great actors, with interesting characters, and the music from John Carpenter is so cool and memorable.
