Puna Smith’s review published on Letterboxd:
The entire movie is gorgeous. Almost every shot could be used as someone’s wallpaper. As if that wasn’t enough the story is insanely compelling. The movie asks important questions about what it means to be human and to have a soul. BR2049 is eerie, well cast, and compelling. The original blade runner has one of the greatest soundtracks of all time and I can say that the music in 2049 lives up to the hype. I didn’t have any problems other than the fact that it’s a little open ended. Without a doubt better than the original.
