Lizzy’s review published on Letterboxd:
Ashes and bullet residue linger in the air from every aftermath, absolute action insanity permanently ingrained on the walls and in the hearts of stone-cold veterans lost in the gunpowder haze. Nowhere is safe from the bullet ballet, and every moment of human connection is fragile and preserved in the explosive dance, a beauty that is chaotic incarnate. In the end, it's always the same thing. Kill to survive, survive to live. The only escape being the soft croons of jazz to heal the hard boiled scars.
