Lizzy ☭’s review published on Letterboxd:
Family tree on fire, smoke billowing off bubbling burning ties and choking in scratched throats. Lurking behind a shadow, seeds of doubt grow into thickly entwined branches that surround and encompassed. High in the trees is where the devastation sits until it lowers like a dark cloud and begins to suffocate slowly. No escape from the hands of fate and the course of destiny. Blood will be let, doom will rule, evil will always win. And with its victory comes a staggering roar, and a glorious triage of proud brass.
After nine times of watching over and over and indulging in every inch of the pure vileness that is this movie, I think it's safe to say it finally gets the coveted full five.
