    did somebody literally call for the most beautiful piece of art ever made because arrival picked up the fucking phone and they’re on the line waiting they don’t have all day quick tell them your private phone number and your wife’s dying words

    Lena Dunham kinda freaked it on this one, huh.

    and Bella Ramsey is so dang good. would be really cool if she starred in a mega-budget HBO adaptation of my favorite video games.

    "Everybody dies, right?"

    There was a point in my life where I seriously considered getting a tattoo of the heptopod logogram for "you choose life". I chickened out but I still stand by it as a concept.

    Anyways! Ted Chiang is a genius and I think this film should be required viewing. not for a class but like for life. if you are alive you should be required to watch this film.

    I have to write what's on my mind and what's making me mad which is Amy Adams' awards count, this woman works hard and when I say hard I don't mean hard I mean HARD HARD her filmography is fucking perfect. not a single bad performance, in her own league. Literally a masterclass of her own to the point where she has her own performance scale meaning some of her performances are on another level for actors to follow but…
