Durational Cinema

As opposed to the 'Slow Cinema,' where time manifests tangibly in the aesthetic performance of the piece as a whole, Durational works stem primarily from Structuralist interests in time-represented, wherein we are confronted by what one could call 'the persistence of the image.'
