Quinn Bailey’s review published on Letterboxd:
And people say YouTubers aren't good at making movies.
I'm still trying to wrap my head around this short, but even so it's a damn brave work of filmmaking, a bluntly taboo-breaking progressive reclamation of horror imagery boosted by some stunning visual and audio design. Its elements aren't new (I could see definite elements of Jodorowski, Raimi, and Lynch), but the way it puts them together is fascinating, engrossing, and unnerving in a way that always manages to maintain empathy for and understanding of something that other horror filmmakers would most certainly use simply for shock value. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommended.
