Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves 2023
Wow. Biggest surprise in years.
Chris Pine just has that charm that instantly wins you over and gets you invested.
Not having played any D&D in my life, I didn’t find this to be overly explanative. Just the right balance between storytelling, world building, comedy and characters.
I’m in for a sequel.

Painfully bad. It have zero interest in ever watching this again. Best part of the movie was Jonathan Majors’ acting but guess what, we won’t see him as Kang ever again.
It actually blows. Horrible script with bad acting. A complete phone in it mess.

Initial thoughts
The Beastie Boys hallway fight absolutely slapped
Top 5 MCU movie?? Yeah idk I’m just not seeing that at all. Kind of feel the same way about this as I do Vol. 2. The action and story are better but something just seems to be missing
The whole animal cruelty stuff I could’ve done without personally. Didn’t really affect how I thought of this as a whole.
Drax is still A tier comedy I’ll definitely miss that guy …

Not much else is going on other than the kind of dumb and irrelevant Ego storyline
Feel like this doesn’t really progress the story of the Guardians all that much other than the classic break them up apart just to bring them back together
A better story with a better villain would’ve been a better time
