A slow burn gay narrative set and shot in northern Italy to Sufjan Stevens music??? My little gay heart grew three sizes today.
I really enjoyed this, LOVED the score and Sufjan tracks, and I'm still blown away by the leading performances. Really glad I didn't see this with my dad when I had the chance because that would've been A LOT.
It's beautifully shot and takes its time without dragging, which I admire. I'll happily rewatch this many times because it was so atmospheric and aesthetic and charming, but I'm never eating peaches again.
