Looking through the glass
Essence of life that creates
How we see to learn
Easily one of those movies that does not give you clear answers, which is perfectly ok for a movie like this. So much of the movie is rooted in perception. Which is why we see characters looking through so many screens. Characters getting different perceptions on how they view life; how they view art. How looking through these different perspectives gives them a moment to reflect on how they view themselves. The way our perceptions of the world and ourselves transcends to how the interconnected experiences of another contributes to said perceptions as well. Understanding one’s humanity by loving ones self while contemplating your place in the world. Irene Jacob’s is great in the world. Expressing so much emotion without having to say too much. Cannot wait to continue exploring what I can take away from the movie with future viewings. A visually beautiful movie that demands your attention.
