The screen fades up, and the audience is treated to a heap of writhing cuteness in the form of a crate full of baby CGI squirrels that evokes a calmimg sense of comfort, that is rapidly and intensely shattered when a dark and mysterious figure steps slowly into the room, and begins to lumber towards the scared little critters, who all turn and try to escape the grasp of this huge menacing hand at the back of a cage.…
*screams at the top of my lungs with my vacant eyes and wispy bangs* WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? HUH? WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOOOOOR?!?

My red flag is I unironically love Pete Davidson.
My weed dealer back home made a nice stack of cash off this when it went down. Tried to get me into it, but I didn't understand it then, and even after this movie, I barely understand it now.
I just like the stock.
When this stopped being an escape room and instead just became a generic haunted house, it stopped being fun.
There was not one single shred of evidence in the entire first hour of the movie that would've led me to believe anything that was happening was real. Everything could've been explained as part of the escape room, until all of the sudden it couldn't.
Also whyyyyyyyy was the obviously 40 year old man flirting with the obviously 16 year old girl?!?!?!?!
This is what I get for taking a chance on a Syfy movie.
