No spoilers.....After reading so many rave reviews perhaps my expectations were too high or perhaps because I recently viewed The Menu, Tár, Banchees of Inisherin, In Bruges, Seven Psychopaths... The Fablemans was flat, predictable.... Michelle Williams was great, but judd Hirsch, as Uncle Boris, stole the show even with his brief role, which tells you, and me, I wanted something more quirky. 3/5 streamed.

Entertaining, fun, quirky humor

Jim Jarmusch says it all….. if you want a fast moving movie, look elsewhere.

I continue to ponder this film while feeling it would be somewhat arrogant for me to review a movie so complex yet seemingly simple. My mind has yet to connect the threads flailing around in my body.
