Definitely not as good as the original classic, the '78 remake, or even the '93 film Body Snatchers.
And how could they even give this one a happy ending?
The horror.. the horror.
This is a wonderful film. True it's a little quirky at times, but that's only it's charm.
I freaking love this film, the performances, the way it was shot, the music & her song, those little 'moments' of first-time joy the characters share each other. It's all so sweet surrounded by wonderfull quirkiness.
Emily Skeggs is so adorable in this.
Watch it with an open mind, and just let it happen to you.

A group of idiot mountian climbing assholes meet up with 2 girls, kills one, which is videoed by the other one, then chases her up a mountain side so they can get the camera. As she gets stranded on a small ledge beneath the idiots, who are killed off one be one by the main idiot, the girl receives Obi Wan like voices from her dead boyfriend on how to survive.
