Ryan Conde’s review published on Letterboxd:
A great biographical sports comedy film. The story is very well-told, the cinematography is great, the musical score is good, the humor is really funny and gets a good amount of laughs, the editing is solid, the dramatic moments are strong and very effective, the ice-skating scenes are amazing and beautiful to watch, and the acting is stellar from everyone especially from Allison Janney who not only is hilarious but steals every scene she's in and of course Margot Robbie who did a wonderful job in her role as Tonya Harding. However, the film does come with a few problems of its own. Some things in the story can be
very predictable to go through and the pacing can sometimes be slow but for the most part, I was really enjoying this film. It's not perfect but it certainly is worth watching. If you want to see a sports film that is based on real life events and has a lot of comedy and drama then you will really enjoy this film.
