Noah Baumbach is one of the best working directors. His unique style is on full display with the beautifully shot intimate black and white France Ha.
The film is about Frances (Greta Gerwig) and her late-twenty struggles. Yes, regardless of the glowing reviews, there will be haters. That's nothing new for Baumbach, but I'll admit it's probably easier to hate on this than Greenberg (though it seems most people are staying positive).
I don't have too much to say, it's not the deepest film, but it's a lot of fun.
Solid 4 stars that bordered on 4.5. Perhaps on a rewatch
