The horror genre has always been the constant hotbed of original stories that are becoming less frequent in the age of superhero movies, franchises and blockbusters. Not only does this firmly fit into that category, it might be the epitome of it. This is one of the wildest, most unique and ambitious films I've ever seen. The unpredictability doesn't lie in keeping the audience guessing where the story is going to go, but rather through playing with horror…

This is going to be weird but I'm going to put it out there anyway. I am in very deep pre-production for a short film. So deep in fact that we begin shooting in 4 days, hence why I've been so inactive on Letterboxd. We have launched a Kickstarter Campaign to raise money for Post-Production so the film gets completed in its most vital stage. Here is the link to that campaign.

What a ride this was. Absolutely scathing critiques on all kinds of upper class pretentiousness yet it never takes itself too seriously. The tone wavered at times because of the film's unpredictable nature but it never failed to be anything but a great time despite how fucked up some of the things that happens are

The definition of a rewatchable film. Repeat viewings offer you the chance to spot all of the hidden details that foreshadow the climactic ending. This movie takes Chekov's gun to a new level because there isn't a single wasted second in the over two hours of runtime. Containing elements of a classic and modern mystery movie, the outstanding screenplay and performances make this a film I will return to many times in the future
