Kinda had Eternals on my radar for a while because it became Marvel's worst rated film and when the Mavel machine makes a misprint its always worth checking out.

Unfortunately, it's not panned because it takes risks or offers something daringly unique, it's just every Marvel problem exacerbated by a thousand times. The screenplay is messy, conflicts are randomly written in, solutions appear out of nowhere (the entire ending makes ZERO sense), The romance is straight out of Black Widow and Hulk from Age of Ultron.

There's good moral dilemma, but it's ironed out and buried underneath hours and hours of trash
