Remy’s review published on Letterboxd:
A new favorite. It would be enough just as some of the best suspense I’ve ever seen, but the deterministic philosophical underpinnings make it an all timer. Literally the only weak link for me is Roy (who I read was understandably Friedkin’s like fifth choice), but in this type of movie it doesn’t matter too much.
How did I not know about Friedkin? This and Killer Joe are two of the best things I’ve seen recently.
