About Fury Road Steven Soderbergh said “I don’t understand how they’re not still shooting that film and I don’t understand how hundreds of people aren’t dead.”
The wild thing at Sorcerer is that Billy Friedkin is directing this in 1977 and there’s no reason why hundreds of people aren’t dead and they didn’t shoot it for years.
One of the most tense films I’ve ever seen. Also one of the sweatiest. Life is expendable. The world is indifferent.
