Past Lives is packed with scenes that will make you embrace the art of yearning. I love how the story was fast-paced but didn’t forget the little details. The monologues were already laid out in the eyes and body gestures of the characters.

One thing that the film taught me is that we bombard ourselves with "what ifs" and "could have beens" and blame fate for the love we used to have, and we choose to let go.

Sometimes, it doesn't matter who chooses to stay or leave. Love isn't always enough, and there is more that we should know. We just have to be courageous enough to bear the pain and make that love persevere.
