Forgive me for the constant logs. I’m trying to watch as much films as I can today.
I’ve already seen Parasite. This is my third viewing of the masterpiece that is hailed by some to be one of the greatest films of all time. I can’t agree enough. Parasite takes a good critique at the higher class. Rich people are happy because they are rich. The Kim family aren’t saints though. They are poor and just want to live a good life but.... they are still bad people, taking advantage of another group. The film isn’t in black and white. Both sides are wrong. All of the events lead to a rather depressing climax. There isn’t a happy ending. A happy ending is implied but after a couple seconds. We know it is false and will never happen.
Parasite deserved the award for best film of 2019. I’m 100% sure that there will be nothing else like it..
It sure is a masterpiece
