Would love to give this another try because it’s very somber and very relaxing. Like most Malick flicks I’ve seen thus far, there’s more of a focus on visualizing the ideas than telling the story of a cast of characters.
I love the visualization of the broad and clear Southwest as a sense of freedom and escape from the metallic churning of the Midwest, and I love where this ends up, I just need to give it another go when I’m aware as to where the story ends.
