Feels quite different in comparison to Guadagnino's other work but definitely like a logical next step for him as an artist. The film is surprisingly daring in its filmmaking and storytelling, so I wouldn't expect everyone to like it because it's definitely not for everyone. Surely finds its strengths somewhere in its messiness and refreshing focus on women and feminity, a real delight and so much fun!
