rosario’s review published on Letterboxd:
one of the most authentic and carefully-crafted portrayals of how crazy, messy, unbelievable, beautiful, fun, depressing and chaotic the after hours are (and can be—or how we wish them to be). the night-time has a sort of enchantment that is irreplaceable and unlike any sensation experienced in a different time of the day, there’s truly nothing like it. the events that take place late at night are always so particular, so rare, they could not possibly happen at a time that is not the after hours, filled with incomprehension and confusion among the memories. which is something that, through its editing, striking colors and lights, penetrating sounds, and memorable performances, after hours is able to achieve. what else can i say? i love this thing!
