Seen at London Film Festival, Empire Cinema Leicester Square.
"Should I forget that there 'isn't' a cat?"
911 I'd like to report a crime.
Lee Chang-dong beat the fuck out of me in a parking lot.
This film is so gorgeous and so subtle and so artful and so rewarding.
This film is also quite possibly the most difficult one for me to talk about that I've seen in 2018.
Even mentioning tonal references or vaguely the manner in which it operates feels like a spoiler.
I can say that this ensemble is excellent as well as stupidly good-looking.
Please, please see this film.
The entire scene where Jong-seo Jeon's character dances in the sunset is phenomenal.
Fuck fuck fuck.
