Peele remains one of the sharpest visual directors working, not a single frame goes to waste. His compositions are immaculate, so it's strange that most of his praises come for writing. The script is probably the films weakest element and in particular two monologues felt very redundant to me. You don't have to explain stuff.

Also, give Lupita that Oscar to make up for every female horror performance that's been overlooked because they don't put no respect on horror.
