For Ari Asters sophomoric feature film unlike His first film Hereditary where he shined a little bit to much light on the better left unexplained mysteries of the films plot, this time Ari left audiences in the dark

    (Like what I did there?)

But a dark contemporary horror fairy tale is the best way to describe this film.  I’m seeing this film again in an hour for the second time after seeing it only last night.

    Idk about this one folks.

Trippy, a spiritual experience. Filled with nudity and violence.

My god yes, the cinematography, colors, animals, score. Everything is so out of this world.

Hella deep. What they appear to be, a line of masks, the artificial muscles, the planets. YES YES YES. ITS STARTING TO ALL MAKE SENSE.

This movie will never make perfect sense but it’s fucking cool.

Society as a whole is made fun of and recontextualized. Art, sex, war, weapons, vanity, greed, parenting, religion , government, life itself. Everything.

An anxiety inducing awkward drug fueled game night gone to hell. Rachel sennott is such a stand out. The entire ensemble was funny and on their A-game with there tongues firmly placed in their cheeks the entire film. Excellent 3rd act and ending. The beginning dragged quite a bit. But an impressive and entertaining directorial debut.

Lol every dad in this films an asshole.

James is an awful actor with no charisma on screen.

Full of lane references that will age this film faster than the original.

I’m bursting with anticipation, seeing this in a 4DX theatre. Review and reaction to both the film and the technology/4DX experience after the movie.

The 4DX was so fun it was literally a roller coaster for 3 hours while watching a new classic superhero/crime/thriller The Batman

After a big chase scene when the seats and strobes and air blowing and fans stopped the entire theatre erupted (me included) cheered and clapped.

I love it. It’s flawed but probably my new…
