    Good Time

The energy of Good Time’s script is anxious and unpredictable, much like the behaviour of its characters. It’s hard to tell whether this is a heist film or maybe social realism or even a drama; as whilst it ignores many conventions of narrative, its beats are so satisfying that plot resolution isn’t my foremost concern (though definitely a criticism).

For a film that works with so little to do so much is astounding and well worth attention/praise. On board with the Safdie brothers and the renaissance of Robert Pattinson.

A jumble of vignettes that serve little purpose and little fulfillment but are nonetheless exploratory of some interesting characters.
