Max Victory’s review published on Letterboxd:
A charming little yarn that has plenty of fun with its newspaper clippings and cheeky asides to the camera. I went in with the cynical expectation that this would be "young Sherlock Holmes, but it's a lady!" Instead it finds its own pleasant path to tread.
It's also a delight to see a mainstream film with a "Follow your own path" message willing to sympathetically portray a pro-women's rights terrorist cell instead of hypocritically tut-tutting them. Claflin absolutely nails the face of patriarchy, so blithely confident he's doing the right thing by everyone that you'll be aching for him to catch an explosion by movie's end.
