A 2019 brand.
Case of "if y'all don't like each other, why not fuck," I once thought. But there's a little subtle layout of behaviors that makes me wonder PERHAPS not too homo-masculinist, still made for literal cum though. Abusive/repressive is the hip-est of classic frontiers right now.The imagistic triggers didn't stifle me, all that shock was badly processed through genre atmosphere, with those underbelly chants coming to brim... Were there images to appreciate? The final scene was a pretty delightful abstraction. There's the great moment where the camera moves up the lighthouse from stairs to Willem Dafoe's back. A worm of the press. As for the haggard duo, I really liked the acting as well. Dafoe acts as a mythic fable version of himself. Pattinson gets one of the few good loonball roles of the year and plays it with fine stumbling.
