  Was like a side mission in Red Dead Redemption. A by the books western that at least has the decency to be competently photographed and doesn’t out stay it’s welcome.

  
  This makes for a great calling card for Tim Blake Nelson to get him in a major action movie franchise. I could see him in the John Wick universe maybe even MCU stuff.

  Okay? We gave a BILLION dollars to this movie?? And 11 Oscar nominations?? I’m so confused. The film isn’t terrible but it surely isn’t satisfying in any way. Without Phoenix’s performance this movie has nothing. Like isn’t the Joker supposed to be cunning and intelligent enough to counter Batman? He’s a dope in this. I have too many questions.
