Sam Meltzer🏳️🌈’s review published on Letterboxd:
It’s filled with technical achievements, solid acting, a beautiful story, some pacing issues, one of the best scenes in cinematic history, a great score, tension, heroism, epic feels, amazing directing and a lot of work that Judah Ben Hur had to do like jeez.
This took me 2 days to watch it and when I started it I by accidentally used the wrong disc, yes there are 2 discs because of how long it is, and wondered why it was 100 minutes, so fast paced and went right into the chariot scene.
