Sara Williams’s review published on Letterboxd:
I don't think I was ready for that...
I had been warned about absolutely every single aspect of The Holy Mountain, not only that it would be ''probably the weirdest film I've watched my entire life'' but also that I wouldn't be able to stop watching it, just for the sake of finding out whatever they'd come up with next.
I enjoyed it for the most part! Although I doubt the verb enjoy is the right one to pick in this situation, but all together I don't think I was made for this sort of cinema. I can only imagine the amount of work such a piece took, but over all it just wasn't my cup of tea. I found it most pleasing to find out about the person about every single planet, and I wish the flow of the film had been more like those parts, for an instance.
