such a different experience the second time around. obviously everything is tinted with what you know from the first viewing, but especially the way adelaide treats the tethered children, almost as if she knows a better life is possible for them??? i can't believe i've thought so deeply about this movie every single day since seeing it thursday and now i'm going to keep thinking about it for the rest of the year.
