After nearly an hour of mulling it over ive decided that the best way to describe this film is a journey. Did i enjoy that journey? i have no idea. While i appreciate this film being faithful to the source material (from what i can gather) the pacing was so off and i cant help but think that telling this story in a different way would have made for a more engaging film
the performances are great, but nothing particularly stand-out about anyone except for maybe Tom Holland. Honestly i don’t know why Sebastian Stan is in this movie since they gave him absolutely nothing except tying up plot.
also how does Jason Clarke manage to play the worst person ever on every film he is in. i see his face now and get really mad
