Chance Hall’s review published on Letterboxd:
William Petersen diving and jumping through several glass windows (which would never break in reality) only to be sliced and slammed by Tom Noonan - all while Iron Butterfly's "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" blasts through the background - is probably one of my all-time favorite movie moments. Really, in typical Mann fashion, the last 15 minutes of Manhunter are extremely well-crafted and perfectly executed. Also, I almost found myself legitimately believing that Joan Allen was blind - good stuff. I've still yet to see a bad Michael Mann film.
(Edit: Disregard that last sentence. The Keep is absolute shit.)
