"How do you know that my dimwitted inexperience isn't merely a subtle form of manipulation, used to lower people's expectations, thereby enhancing my ability to effectively manuever within any given situation?"

Scream 2 is even better than I remember. It's an absolute blast and equally as hilarious as the first. It takes the crazy knob and turns it up to eleven, which is absolutely perfect for something as ridiculous as the Scream franchise (and I mean that in the best way possible). There are so many great scenes in Scream 2 that it's tough to decide which film I prefer from the first two installments. First, the opening scene with Jada Pinkett Smith and Omar Epps is great. Damn Sandra Bullock and those "white girl" movies! I really love the film class scene with the discussion about sequels and Ridley Scott/James Cameron - Jamie Kennedy's Brando impression had me rolling (and just for the record, Godfather II is NOT better than the first). Oh, and Billy's Mom?!?!?! It's so dumb and ridiculous that I can't help but love every second of it, which I guess is the point. I wouldn't necessarily say that I'm the biggest fan of horror/comedy, but when it comes to Scream films, Wes Craven has won me over. Also, the above quote has to be one of the greatest lines ever delivered in cinema, right? David Arquette is the best. Whenever I hear people say that they find him annoying, I automatically label them a sociopath and avoid them aggressively.
