“I had to question the mermaids”

The buddy comedy movies are usually a hit if delivered well with the right actors. I never would’ve thought Ryan Gosling and Russel Crow would be so funny but they do an incredible job in this. The jokes are subtle and in the right setting they land well. I enjoyed them.

Also, I was happy when John Boy threw Jessica out the window. She was talking too much.

Being a writer to a late night host show, or a comedy show so to speak, seems like a hard task and exhausting to be honest. Especially if you don’t understand how things work or how to land the jokes. It’s either a hit or miss. Just like this movie.
Didn’t care for it, my mom made me watch it. It just wasn’t that funny. I guess she liked it.

The slow paced, calm, moody, planned, violent, rough nature of the character feeds into his personality perfectly as a killer and he does what needs…

I watched this a while back but didn’t finish, there was like 15 minutes left so I couldn’t log it as a completed film.

That being said, the review I had for it then was a bit different from what I have now. Mostly because I forgot what I intended to write.
However, The Two Towers is an incredible second installment in the LOTR franchise with a lot of notable scenes, amazing battle sequences that are intriguing from start till…
