Why anyone would welcome a baby into this world is beyond me, but the movie is pretty fuckin thrilling and great.
Interestingly, I think its dialogue scenes are its weakest.
The birth sequence brings this movie up nearly a full star.
Also, the “drowning in corn” scene had me gigglin’
Edit: been thinking about all the logic gaps. They’re petty but still kind of effect the way I see the movie.
Just build a house next to the waterfall.
