Oh, look! The 1990s! Back when the pop songs were feel-good and men helped save the women they loved. It is funny how an animated Disney film about sisters from the 2010s can be so much more progressive than a live-action one from the 90s. I guess it shouldn't be that funny, considering how almost two decades separate the two films.
It's good to know that Bullock and Kidman go on to make much better films and don't have their talents wasted on too many other movies like Practical Magic. It was good for what it was, but it really wasn't too great.
