• This Is Paris

    This Is Paris

This popped up as a recommendation on YouTube and I thought why not...

This is really just a raw and honest story of a human being, whose life has been painted by false assumptions and paparazzi. It’s refreshing to see someone as famous as Paris is, let her guard down a bit and take her persona off to tell her story.

Trauma and abuse are the hardest things to talk about, but the easiest things to hide.

I hope more people watch this, I really wasn’t expecting to be this moved and encouraged.

  • Apocalypse Now

    Apocalypse Now

I haven’t seen a perfect movie that left me speechless since the first time I saw 2001...

I can’t believe I just grew chest hair in only two and a half hours.

    I’m bald.

    I am fucking bald.

Where light and darkness collide... holy fucking shit.

  • I'm Thinking of Ending Things

    I'm Thinking of Ending Things

“It's tragic how few people possess their souls before they die. Nothing is more rare in any man, says Emerson, than an act of his own. And it's quite true. Most people are other people. Their thoughts are someone else's opinions, their lives a mimicry, their passions a quotation.”

I’m thinking of getting back on my anxiety medication...

I have so much to say, yet I can’t formulate anything to make sense of what I just experienced. No words, it’s all just feeling.

I’m thinking of rewatching this. I’m thinking of watching this again. I’m thinking of Tulsey Town ice cream..Brr.. Fuck.

  • The Movies

    The Movies

My watchlist has grown thanks to this series hehe

I love watching directors/screenwriters/actors get excited talking about the movies that influenced their work and just their work in general. Great documentary series on HBO Max.

I love being in this industry (,:

  • Running on Empty

    Running on Empty

“Why do you have to carry the burden of someone else's life?”

River Phoenix’s performance is heartbreakingly beautiful. The Fire and Rain scene. Christine Lahti in the booth scene. Sidney Lumet brilliance.

This is a movie I wish I had seen sooner. It filled my own emptiness with a bit of hope.

I think the one thing everyone will say is how River was robbed from us so early on in his own life. It’s weird to think I’m the same…

  • The Witches of Eastwick

    The Witches of Eastwick

When you put Pavarotti’s Nessum Dorma in a movie, it’s an automatic yes from me.
Cher, Michelle and Susan are too powerful. And Jack Nicholson? The icing on the cake.

  • Welcome Home, Roxy Carmichael

    Welcome Home, Roxy Carmichael

“God, I wanna kiss you so bad right now, Dinky!”

This was a hot pile of garbage <3 Cringe, horrible writing, terrible acting, no real direction.. but I’m willing to forgive Jeff Daniels and Winona Ryder for ever accepting this gig. We can forget about this and move on. But I’ll never forget you, Dinky Bossetti <3

  • Mermaids

Something about this movie just made me feel warm and fuzzy. I wish Cher was my mom and I was Winona Ryder.

  • Jurassic Park

    Jurassic Park

“God creates dinosaurs. God destroys dinosaurs. God creates man. Man destroys God. Man creates dinosaurs … ”
“Dinosaurs eat man. Woman inherits the earth.”

Thus my love for Laura Dern began. How can you not love this classic?

  • The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement

The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement

I will always think about how they really swapped  Robert Schwartzman for Chris Pine..

  • The Princess Diaries

    The Princess Diaries

A perfect movie, an absolute gift to my childhood. A treasure.
