Sheldon Dugas’s review published on Letterboxd:
M. Night is certainly one weird dude, and his horror is usually pretty spot on. But not this, this is a bit of a snooze fest. It’s just wholly uninteresting and the premise wears thin throughout. The characters aren’t too engaging, and there are some laughably silly scenes that take me right out of this movie. But that thing the size of a cantaloupe, that’ll stay with me for a while. And btw I didn’t know the movie trivia.
