About what I expected. Ms. Crawly makes it all worth it.
Gabriell Byrne does one of the best devil-may-care protagonists since Elliot Gould's PI in the Long Goodbye.
Absolutely loved the script in this. All of the dialogue is so sharp, and sets the tone with a phenomenal monologue about gangster 'ethics'. And loved the slightly theatrical/farcical tone it strikes throughout - in the script and the action.
A great super confident femme fatale and toxic chemistry between the two leads.
Lots of great supporting characters, and a menacing villain in the Dane.
Totally gripped throughout.
