I'm one of those boring assholes who are kinda bored of this marvel shit now, but when a new Spider-Man film comes out, even i am pleased.
This is my kind of Marvel. The character of Peter Parker played by Tom Holland fits so damn well in between all these other macho adult heroes in this universe. There is something so human and relatable with this guy, and i think that is what makes these movies so much more likeable for me.
The first half of the movie was amazing. It's extremely funny, and i laughed out loud many times. There were a few moments related to tie-ins to Endgame that REALLY pulled me out of the movie, because of some huge plot holes. The other half was pretty average.
Mysterio was.. Alright. I didn't think he was awful, but he is nowhere near Michael Keaton as The Vulture.
All in all, pretty satisfied with Far From Home. Will definitely show up at the next Spider-Man movie.
