The 6 out of 10 rating is more on me really as this isn't the type of genre film I enjoy. Plus the performances aren't exactly great (apart from Tom Waits and Gary Oldman). Keanu Reeves was a woeful casting choice.
That said the set design, costumes and cinematography are stunning (I watched the 4k disc which is a terrific transfer and also has the best audio i think I've ever heard on a home system). Coppola apparently made a film faithful to the source material. So I'm good with that. Just not my thing.
